For the second year in a row, my Christmas tree is up before Thanksgiving! I’m thrilled to once again be a participant in the Christmas Tree Decor Blog Hop, hosted by my friend Michelle from Our Crafty Mom. This year, I chose a white and pink Christmas tree theme.

If you’re stopping by after a visit with Erlene from My Pinterventures, welcome! Make sure you scroll to the bottom of this post to view all 28 of the gorgeous trees in the hop!

A White and Pink Christmas Tree

I’ve been eyeing those skinny pencil trees for some time, so I decided this was the year to pull the trigger and try one. I also wanted a white tree, so I went white and skinny! The tree came pre-lit from Michaels, and I have to say that I love it!

This tree is very different from last year’s rustic plaid woodland Christmas tree. I wanted a feminine and retro look. And what is more feminine than dainty teacups?

mini floral teacup

Using my mom’s collection of 15 mini teacups, I attached ribbons to the handles so they could be hung from the tree.

They are all so unique and lovely.

I love the soft, muted colors.

This one has a pretty shimmer.

The chintz is my favorite!

faux pink poinsettia stem

I also bought 10 faux pink poinsettia stems from Michaels. They give the tree a pop of pink and some bling. I love the silver leaves, too!

The final touch are my vintage bulbs from Woolworths. I love the iridescent look of these ornaments!

My mom always had several trees set up each year, so I know this tree will become a regular in our house each Christmas from now on.

I hope you liked my white and pink Christmas tree with teacups! Now don’t go anywhere! Next on the hop is Jaclyn from One Thousand Oaks. You can find links to all of the blogs below.

Until next time!
