Celebrate Your Story! #258

Celebrate Your Story! Link Party

Hi friends! Are you all ready for Thanksgiving? With just four of us this year, it should be a relaxed day. I’m sure not going to miss the stressful parts of the holiday! While we’ll miss having my 3 stepsons visit from out of state, we plan on having a zoom meeting so we’ll at least get to spend some virtual time together. I hope you all have a safe and blessed holiday with your families!

Here’s what I’ve been up to:

DIY Pottery Barn Knock Off Christmas Gnome Garland

Six Favorite Christmas Movies Old and New

White and Pink Christmas Tree Decorated with Teacups

Now, it’s party time!

Kim from Shiplap and Shells has started to add some small touches of holiday decor to her home. I love this vignette on her kitchen’s open shelves. The ironstone and that vintage green picnic basket makes my heart sing!

I think I’ve found a new Christmas collectible…white ceramic houses! Shelley from Calypso in the Country shared her collection and how she styles them in each room. I just love this village she created on a table behind the couch!

This pantry makeover is amazing! Hannah from Handmade Weekly created this attractive and functional space for the One Room Challenge. You’ve got to see how it looked before! I’m loving that wallpaper, too 😉

I’m all over these pumpkin cookies with cream cheese icing! Michele from Cook, Clean, Repeat shared this yummy recipe. The finishing touch is a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice!

If you’re looking for Christmas crafts, Kippi from Kippi at Home has you covered. This post has several great ideas, such as ornaments, stockings, signs, gnomes and pillows. I adore this sweet little yarn tree styled with some darling deer.

Libbie from A Life Unfolding also recently participated in the One Room Challenge. Her basement renovation is incredible! Check out that cool mural. You’ve got to see how this space looked before!

The most clicked link of the week is from Chas of Chas’ Crazy Creations. She shared 13 toothpaste hacks. My favorite is to polish silver…I hate the harsh smell of silver polish, so this is so much better! Who knew toothpaste has so many uses?
