Celebrate Your Story! #225

Celebrate Your Story! Link Party

Welcome back, friends!  I hope you’re all hanging in there during these challenging times.  Today was a bright, sunny day and it hit 60 degrees!  It was nice to play outside with my daughter and feel the warm sunshine on my face.  Sometimes, it’s the little things that can make a big difference.

Easter is this Sunday, and I’m looking forward to a quiet celebration at home.  I wish you all a safe and Happy Easter with your families!

Now, let’s check out this week’s features 🙂

Lori from Dining Delight has the sideboard in her kitchen all decked out for Easter. I’m loving the green, white and orange color scheme. It looks like a blooming garden in her kitchen!

Have you ever seen a “Darning Dodo?” This cutie is from the 1940’s and it belonged to Beth from Whispers of the Heart’s mother. You’ve got to see the other vintage treasures that Beth has in her china cabinet!

What do you get with a grapevine wreath and $6 worth of supplies from Dollar Tree? This cute DIY Spring Wreath, created by Michelle from Blessings by Me. The windmill in the center is actually a yard stake!

Carol from Bluesky at Home shared her lovely pastel Easter tablescape. I’m crazy about those vintage Fiesta glasses! But the star of the table is her DIY Easter basket centerpiece.

These adorable bunnies are made from vintage hankies! Lisa from Fresh Vintage by Lisa S shared an easy folding tutorial. These would be great with napkins for an Easter tablescape, too.

Old footstools are a dime a dozen at thrift shops. Check out how Claire from Pillar Box Blue updated this one with chalk paint and a map tea towel. I love it!

The most clicked link of the week comes from Midsummer Life Dream. It looks like everyone is looking for book recommendations now that we’re staying home. Read this post if you want to learn more about Nora Roberts novels!

Thank you to everyone for sharing, and congratulations to all of the featured bloggers!  I had so much fun reading your posts and discovering new to me blogs.  Don’t forget to link up your new posts to have a chance to be featured next week at Celebrate Your Story!
