Celebrate Your Story! #296

Celebrate Your Story! Link Party

Hey everyone! Welcome back to another party. We’re starting to get some cooler temperatures here, and I’m loving it! We closed the pool last weekend, and I’ll soon be removing the summer annuals from the window boxes and adding some Fall flowers and mini pumpkins. It’s been exciting to see pumpkins at the stores. I always get some white ones first, as they seem to sell out quickly. I hope you’re all enjoying the arrival of Fall, too. Bring on the pumpkin spice!

Now, let’s party!

While we’re talking pumpkins, check out this black and white buffalo check cutie from Regina of Saved From Salvage. She made several different styles of fabric pumpkins and shares a great tutorial. I love the moss and twig stem!

I adore these darling Fall Harvest Garden Creatures plates! Rita from Panoply scored this set originally sold at Pier 1 on eBay. Her fall tablescape post also includes some great tips on how to set a lovely table on a budget.

Denise from My Home of All Seasons gave her coffee bar a festive new look for fall. The candy corn lamp is my favorite detail! This must make the morning coffee ritual feel special every day 🙂

These pumpkin tarts are the perfect seasonal treat. Nora from Treat and Trick shared her recipe that uses pumpkin puree as it’s main ingredient. They look elegant enough to serve at a fancy luncheon!

I’ve always loved the look of linens in open shelving. Penny from Penny’s Vintage Home has her collection of table linens and napkins displayed in her hallway. I love how she gave us a peek into her drawers that hold her napkin rings and placecard holders, too!

Amy from A Day of Small Things took a recent trip to Maine with her family. The scenery is gorgeous! Plus, she got to visit Martha Stewart’s favorite antique shop!

The most clicked link of the week is this beautiful fall home tour from Christin of My Homier Home. I love all of the blue that I’ve been seeing this season. Christin’s living room is full of color and texture that is definitely on trend!

  5. Thank you for hosting Rebecca and I so appreciate being included in your features this week! It is definitely cooling down here… a balmy 37 degrees this morning! I’m not quite ready for that yet but we will be back in the eighties tomorrow. I stocked up on pumpkins yesterday and I’m hoping to keep the deer and squirrels from feasting on my front porch for at least a little while. Thanks again and have a great week!
