Celebrate Your Story! Link Party

Welcome back everyone! I don’t have too much to report this week. My daughter has been at day camp, so I’m trying to work on some blog stuff. The tech side of blogging has always been the toughest for me to tackle. I’m getting a new theme, as the one I have now is the same one I started with three years ago. I’m hoping my blog will be more user friendly after the switch. You’ll have to let me know what you think next week!

Now, let’s have a look at this week’s features!

I’m swooning over this guest bedroom makeover from CoCo of The Crowned Goat! The bed crown with the floral headboard and crystal chandelier give it such a luxurious feeling. Her guests are going to feel so pampered!

One of the things I love about this party is learning about cool new things, like Cherry Coke Cupcakes! I can’t wait to try this unique recipe shared by Jen from Cincy Shopper. The easy recipe includes an entire can of coke!

Janet from A Life of Balance created larger versions of some favorite family games. These are perfect for playing outside during the summer! She even has an easy way to transport them to picnics, reunions, etc.

Now is the perfect time to set a summer tablescape with a coastal theme. I love all of the shades of blue and the little details on this lovely table designed by Marsha of The Little Yellow Corner Store. She even included a bonus: her clam cookie recipe that makes a perfect accompaniment to the setting!

Claire from Pillar Box Blue creates the most unique things out of denim blue jeans, and this footstool is no exception! I love the industrial look of the hairpin legs. And the iron on patches makes it even more fun and stylish!

I’m intrigued by this Pineapple Ice Cream recipe from Kelli of 3 Boys and a Dog. It’s made with just three ingredients, including coconut milk, so it’s dairy free and vegan. Plus, no ice cream maker is needed. Being a big pineapple fan, I can’t wait to try this tasty treat!

The most clicked link of the week is from Penny of Penny’s Vintage Home. I think everyone was curious about her title: Gong Once, Twice, SOLD! Go check out her post to see the treasures that went to auction after she cleaned out her home.
