Celebrate Your Story! #282

Celebrate Your Story! Link Party

Hi friends! I hope you’re all doing well. I’m starting to work on some Patriotic content this week. Can you believe summer is about a month away? We’ll be opening the pool and getting our patio ready soon. I’m so looking forward to being able to entertain small groups of friends and family this summer! Woohoo!

Now, time to party!

This refreshing Blueberry Lemonade from Paula of Sweet Pea just screams summer! Can you believe it only uses four ingredients? I love that you can serve it to the kids or make it into a cocktail with vodka for the adults.

Debbee of Debbee’s Buzz set the most lovely French Inspired Bee Themed Tablescape. I’m obsessed with her green Anthropology plates! You have to check out all of the charming bee details on her table, including the fleur-de-lis napkin fold!

This dramatic kitchen remodel from Missy of Sonata Home Design is amazing! Her bold wall tile and quartz countertop choices make a big impact. You’ve got to see how it looked before!

Janet from A Life of Balance shared her Spring Tulip Wreath Tutorial. I love how full and colorful this turned out! This would make a great Mother’s Day, hostess or housewarming gift.

I can’t resist a great furniture makeover! Cindy from Cloches and Lavender gave this cabinet a French Country makeover with chalk paint and gilding wax. The cabinet is only 20 years old, but after Cindy’s makeover it could pass for an antique!

After organizing my own craft room a year ago, I love to see how others have designed their creative spaces. I’m loving how Pam from An Artful Mom organized her craft supplies. I can totally relate to how she feels “giddy” to have an organized place to work!

The most clicked link of the week is from Regina of Saved From Salvage. She crafted a concrete bowl that she filled with a DIY citronella candle. Inspired by a pricey version from Target, she made her own for a fraction of the price!

  2. Rebecca, I’m like you, SO glad to be able to see people in company again, and be out without a mask when it feels safe. I’ve been really busy with the blog lately (for an occasional blogger, that is!). I got my email subscription converted with the help of Linda Primmer (Yay!), summarized all my recent vintage finds, and had fun with you & others in the bee tablescape hop (which, btw, World Bee Day is Thursday!). Thanks for putting this party together and allowing us to all share.

  3. Rebecca, sweet as honey to see my bee-inspired table featured! I’m all abuzz! Seriously though, it’s much appreciated, thank you. We are in Philly right now at my youngest son’s with Whiskey. I’m spending the next 2 days with my college roomie and our dogs. Then oldest son and his girl come down from NYC and mom flies in from Charleston. It’s absolutely wonderful being with family and friends, even if everyone in Philly still are required to wear masks while out.

  4. Thanks so much for featuring my cabinet update! I can’t wait to spend time with family and friends. We finally saw our best friends after 1 year and some.

    Thanks for hosting!
