Celebrate Your Story! #253

Celebrate Your Story! Link Party

Hi friends! Welcome to this week’s party! As most of you that attend this party are fellow bloggers, I’m going to share some blogging stuff today. My big win for the week was the successful creation of my first video pin! I’m really trying to up my game, and as we all know, video is where it’s at these days. I took a video class with my friend Chas from Chas’ Crazy Creations, which I highly recommend! Chas really helped this tech challenged girl learn video. I also went over my blog schedule for November, and it’s going to be crazy busy! But I know it will pay off with the creation of evergreen content for years to come. How are you doing with your blogging goals? I’d love to hear about what you’re all doing to improve your blogs, too 🙂

Now, time for the party!

If you’re behind on your Halloween decor, it’s not too late! Kippi from Kippi at Home shared some quick and fabulous last minute ideas. I love the flower pots she painted that were inspired by vintage enamelware!

I look forward to Paula from Sweet Pea’s posts about her annual fall trip to Vermont. This year, she took the most beautiful outdoor photos of homes and businesses decorated with pumpkins! The gardens are gorgeous, and there are so many great pumpkin decorating ideas.

Party newcomer Jodie from Jodie Fitz shared her recipe for Pasta Fagioli Soup. This recipe is fast, easy, nutritious and looks so good! Bring on the soup weather!

Ann from The Apple Street Cottage made this stunning purple pumpkin. Underneath, it’s one of those bright orange foam pumpkins from Dollar Tree. Now, it’s gone glam with that rich shade of purple and the gold stem!

This Halloween tablescape makes me smile! Marsha from The Little Yellow Corner Store set a table with friendly ghosts in honor of her new grandson. I love the unexpected apple green color scheme!

This outdoor seating area looks so cozy! Sandra from Dinner at Eight shared the first part of her backyard renovation reveal. She’s created quite an oasis…perfect for all of the time spent at home!

The most clicked link of the week is from Dee of Grammy’s Grid. Everyone was intrigued with her question regarding almond milk. I don’t know the answer, but I do enjoy having almond milk on my cereal every morning!
