Celebrate Your Story! #202

Celebrate Your Story! Link Party

Hi everyone!  Happy Monday and welcome back to another Celebrate Your Story!  Can you believe Halloween is only 17 days away?  I’m acutely aware of the date because my daughter asks Alexa every night before bed “how many days until Halloween?”

While she’s excited about dressing up and trick or treating, I’m looking forward to designing my Halloween Tablescape this week.  The Halloween Tablescape Blog Hop, hosted by my friend Chloe from Celebrate and Decorate, started today!  Shirley from Intelligent Domestications got the spooky fun off to a great start with her Skeleton Tablescape.  Be sure to head over there and start the hop!  My table will go live on Thursday morning.

Ok, now it’s time to party!

Coco from The Crowned Goat invited us into her lovely home for a Fall Tour.  I’m loving this front entry!  Everything looks so cozy and inviting.

Theresa from Full Plate Nutrition is a Registered Dietician, and she created these Healthy Pumpkin Oatmeal Cookies.  I’ve been trying to eat healthier, and these look so good!  I just love the beautiful presentation on the blue plate, too.

Spell books are so on trend for Halloween decor.  Beverly from Across the Boulevard shared this great tutorial.  It’s so cool to see how she transformed an ordinary book into something that looks old and textured!

I have a winter simmer pot recipe that I love during the holidays, so I was excited to see that Amber from Follow the Yellow Brick Home shared her Fall Simmer Pot Recipe.  She used fresh herbs from her garden.  I can just imagine how amazing it must smell!

Jolena from While I Linger made this cute pumpkin patch sign, and it only cost her $8!  Can you believe she drew it freehand?  I also love how she styled it with books, greens and pumpkins.

Raise your hand…who else loves rice pudding?  Sara from Crafting Reality With Sara shared this fabulous recipe for homemade rice pudding.  I can’t believe how easy it is to make!

The most clicked link of the week is this unique Fall Map Leaf Wreath from Claire of Pillar Box Blue.  She made the acorns, too.  It really pops against that blue door!

Thank you to everyone for sharing, and congratulations to all of the featured bloggers!  I had so much fun reading your posts and discovering new to me blogs.  Don’t forget to link up your new posts to have a chance to be featured next week at Celebrate Your Story!
