Celebrate Your Story! #203

Celebrate Your Story! Link Party

Hello friends!  I hope your week is off to a good start!  I’m in full Halloween preparation mode over here.  We have Trunk or Treat on Thursday, so I’m working on this year’s theme.  The pressure is on as we’ve won the “Kid’s Choice” award two years in a row!  I’ll let you know next week how it went!

Here’s what I was up to last week:

I made these pretty lace pumpkins.

And I created a Pumpkin Masquerade Themed Tablescape for the Halloween Tablescape Blog Hop.

Once again, there were so many wonderful links this week!  I tried to choose a little bit of everything…crafts, food, Halloween, gardening, tablescapes and organization 🙂

Michele from The Scrap Shoppe Blog shared this cute glow in the dark googly eye art.  It looks so spooky when it glows at night!  And it’s a great craft the kiddos can help make.

Now is the time to plant Spring bulbs, and Rachelle from My Hubbard Home explains how to plant tulips.  She also shares a sweet story about how she developed a love for gardening at an early age.

I know it’s a little early for Christmas cookies, but I just couldn’t resist these Gingerbread Thumbprint Cookies from Lenny of Fat Dad Foodie.  I usually make a peanut butter version of these, but gingerbread with chocolate kisses sure look good to me!

Rita from Panoply’s Halloween Tablescape is so unique!  I can’t get over the skeletons wearing tutus!  You have to view the tablescape while listening to the aptly titled classical piece “Danse Macabre”, which is included as part of the blog post.

My craft and sewing room is out of control disorganized, so I was inspired by this pegboard storage project that Stefanie from The Style Safari made for her sewing room.  It’s attractive, functional and it doesn’t cost a fortune to make!

This Apple Crisp recipe from Amy of A Day of Small Things is easy to make.  Can you imagine how good it would be with a scoop of vanilla ice cream?

The most clicked link of the week is this cute Fall Beverage Bar from Jenn of Clean and Scentsible.  Don’t you just love the owl teapot and mugs?

Thank you to everyone for sharing, and congratulations to all of the featured bloggers!  I had so much fun reading your posts and discovering new to me blogs.  Don’t forget to link up your new posts to have a chance to be featured next week at Celebrate Your Story!

Now it’s time to link up!  It’s easy, just a few rules:
