7 Fabulous Painted Furniture Makeovers

Do you love painted furniture makeovers as much as I do? If so, you’re going to love this round up of stunning furniture transformations from my At Home DIY blogger friends!

There are so many dated hutches out there in need of paint. Stephanie from Gathered in the Kitchen scored this one on Craig’s List. With just two coats of Dixie Belle paint, it looks like new!

Jenn and Vicki from 2 Bees in a Pod updated these bamboo chairs with a vibrant shade of blue paint. They also recovered the seat cushions with a cool pagoda motif fabric. This pair would brighten up any room!

This little thrift store side table looks amazing with a fresh coat of gray paint. Kippi from Kippi at Home knew it would be perfect for her daughter’s Boho bedroom. The final touch is the cool mandala stencil created from a Cricut!

Old sewing tables frequently turn up at tag sales and thrift stores. I love how Christine from The DIY Dreamer removed the sewing machine to create a functional computer table. What a gorgeous color, too!

I loved the raised details on this oval mirror, but not the gold paint. Two coats of gray chalk paint and a light sanding of the floral details gave it a whole new look! How to Update a Gold Mirror with Chalk Paint.

This night stand is not what it seems…it was actually a four drawer dresser that was cut in half! Stephanie from Abbotts at Home painted it this lovely shade of blue and made the most unique cedar wood mosaic top!

I just love intricate, carved details on old furniture. Meegan from What Meegan Makes saw the potential in this thrifted $8 table. The paint really accentuates those details!

I hope these painted furniture makeovers inspired you to paint something of your own. With everyone staying home, now is the perfect time to start a project!

Take good care!
