- ribbon
- scissors, pen and ruler
- scotch tape
- hot glue gun and glue sticks
How to Make a Cone Out of Paper
Step 1.
Using a ruler, measure butcher paper to form a 22″ x 18″ rectangle. Mark dimensions with a pen and cut out with scissors.
Step 2.
Fold a bottom corner up just past the middle to form a crease.
Step 3.
Place flowers on paper above the fold. Next, fold over the shorter side of the paper and secure with scotch tape.
Step 4.
Fold the longer side of the paper around the back to create a cone.
Step 5.
Fold the paper under behind the cone, then glue it to the back of the cone with hot glue.
Step 6.
Tie a bow around the cone, then secure it underneath with hot glue. Done!
Group several bouquets in a basket for decorative impact. They make great party favors! You can even find the butcher paper and flowers at Dollar Tree.

Using the kraft wrap paper around the flowers is a great presentation idea for gifts! Perfect for using around a grocery store bundle of flowers, too.
Such a pretty idea ☺️
So pretty Rebecca, and a basket full at a ladies gathering or shower would look so cute and the hostess could pass them out as the guests were leaving!
How gorgeous and pretty, Rebecca! What a clever and cute way to display flowers! Perfect to create for any occasion or celebration!
How pretty? All of them together in a basket make such a statement! And I think they would be perfect to hand out at luncheons etc…. pinned.
What a beautiful basket arrangement, perfect for the summer months. Thanks for sharing the tutorial, very easy to follow.
Rebecca, these are so pretty! I featured a vintage rosy posy using doily place mats a few years ago. I love yours and they look so lovely gathered in the basket! Pinned! Blessings, Cecilia @My Thrift Store Addiction
