Celebrate Your Story! #292

Celebrate Your Story Link Party

Welcome back friends! Unfortunately, my new site is still being staged so I don’t yet have a new look to reveal. But I saw a preview, and it looks great! It should definitely be up by the next party. Can you believe it’s August already? This summer is sure flying by! I hope you’re all doing well and (safely) enjoying time with family and friends.

Now, let’s start the party!

This lemon themed tablescape from Lori of Dining Delight is so perfect for an al fresco summer meal! I love those striped plates and the combination of pale blue and yellow. This table has a secret, too…the cake is faux!!!

I have a weakness for bar cookies, and these Strawberry Crumble Bars from Niky from The House on Silverado look scrumptious! I can almost taste them looking at this photo lol. I’m definitely going to make some before the summer is over!

I love the look of rustic, natural elements in home decor. Regina of Saved From Salvage created three fabulous projects from a downed tree. How cool is this wood slice vignette? Go to her blog to see the other two projects!

Liz from Howling at the Moon had the wonderful opportunity to take a Delft Blue painting class in Amsterdam! She created this beautiful tulip tile. I learned so much about the process of Delft painting from her post!

How clever is this side table made out of Dollar Tree items? Niki from Life as a LEO Wife made this cute table for her nautical themes porch out of trash cans, a pizza pan and contact paper. And she only spent $4!

Are you thinking about Christmas crafts yet? You’ve got to see these reusable wooden gift tags that Cindy from Cloches and Lavender made! I love the grain sack pattern and the French Country Christmas images.

The most clicked link of the week is from Stephanie of Gathered in the Kitchen. She shared her recipe for delicious and healthy Morning Glory Muffins. I’m going to try making these for my daughter…it’s a great way to sneak some healthy food into her diet!
