Celebrate Your Story! #250

Celebrate Your Story! Link Party

Hello friends! Thank you for joining me for another party. I hope you all had a good week. We closed the pool over the weekend and went to the pumpkin patch, so fall is officially here! We did, however, have Indian Summer weather on Friday. I took my daughter and her friend to the beach after they finished their virtual classes, and they were splashing in the ocean like it was still August. We also got ice cream from the ice cream truck, so I’d say that it was the last hurrah for the summer of 2020!

Here’s what I was up to last week:

Now, time to party!

Crissy from First Day of Home shared her beautiful home tour. Her fireplace and mantel is festive and elegant! I love the mostly neutral color scheme with some pops of orange.

These quilt block inspired pallet pumpkins are so unique! Beth from Creatively Beth made them using faux quilting stamp sets. These would make a great gift for someone who enjoys quilting.

It’s definitely chili season, and Shelley from Calypso in the Country has a delicious, easy to make recipe! It looks especially appetizing against her navy & white buffalo check placemats and her paisley napkins.

These spooky s’mores are so cute! Lisa from A Bride on a Budget created them as Halloween wedding favors, but they’d also be great for trick or treaters or Halloween party favors. I may need to make some to pass out this year!

I’m obsessed with this wreath! Jayne from Chalking Up Success made it from wild grasses. I love the look of wild grasses growing along the side of the road…this year I’ll be bringing some indoors and making myself a natural fall wreath 🙂

Pumpkins are the star of this tablescape designed by Beth from Whispers of the Heart. Each place setting has a covered pumpkin bowl for a main course of hearty soup. I love the plate stack and the orange and green plaid napkins!

The most clicked link of the week is from Niky of The House on Silverado. She shared her cozy fall front porch, complete with a porch swing! I love this evening photo with the glowing lanterns.
