Celebrate Your Story! #214

Celebrate Your Story! Link Party

Hi friends! Welcome back to Celebrate Your Story! Are you working on your New Year’s Resolutions? As I mentioned last week, this is the year that I’m determined to get organized. Last week I completed my first project for the $100 Room Challenge…a DIY chalkboard. I also created storage and a place to display inspiration photos above my craft room dresser.

Craft Room Makeover Week #2 – $100 Room Challenge

As I looked through the links this week, I saw that there were several “Best of 2019” posts, so I decided to make that a theme for this party.

Carol from Bluesky at Home shared her top 7 posts that she published last year. Carol sure knows how to decorate a mantel! I just love this collection of Carol’s craft, home decor and tablescape posts.

Are you planning to let go of some stuff and get organized this year? Rita from Panoply downsized to a chic urban condo last year, and she shares some great tips on her blog. Check out this post for a recap of her busy year, which also includes her travel escapades, antique booth treasures and tablescapes!

Beverly and Gloria from Across the Boulevard also featured their top 12 posts from 2019. Don’t you love the top on this refurbished dresser? Stop by their blog to see some creative seasonal decor, crafts, painting projects and sweet treats!

What a dreamy bedroom! LOVE the chandelier, headboard, and linens. Head on over to The Crowned Goat to see the other 9 top posts of 2019. CoCo has a gift for creating gorgeous vignettes!

Rita from Harbour Breeze Home shared a very informative post about home organizing. She breaks everything down into easy to follow steps. She even has a free checklist to walk you through the process!

Here is the perfect wreath to transition from your Christmas to Winter decor. Agnes from Just That Perfect Piece made this with an embroidery hoop and a drop cloth. I love the simple, frayed bow! Check out her blog for the tutorial.

The most clicked link of the week is from Nora of Treat and Trick. The crust of these plum hand pies is made with just two ingredients! I would love one of these, still warm from the oven, with a cold glass of milk 🙂

Thank you to everyone for sharing, and congratulations to all of the featured bloggers!  I had so much fun reading your posts and discovering new to me blogs.  Don’t forget to link up your new posts to have a chance to be featured next week at Celebrate Your Story!
