Celebrate Your Story! #272

Celebrate Your Story! Link Party

Welcome friends! I don’t know about you all, but I have spring fever! It’s going to get up into the 50’s here in Connecticut this week šŸ™‚ I was outside today looking at my poor neglected garden and vowed to make this the year that I get my gardening act together. The secret is starting early, so that’s what I plan to do! I hope you’re all doing well and enjoying some milder weather, too.

Here’s what I was up to last week:

Green and Orange St. Patrick’s Day Tablescape

Now, let’s party!

Paula from Sweet Pea is ready for spring with her family room decor. She made that lovely floral arrangement. And I always enjoy checking out her vintage touches!

I love how Sandra from Dinner at Eight took inspiration from her trip to Ireland to design her St. Patrick’s Day tablescape! I love the sheep and daffodils. Plus, her post includes photos of the Irish countryside!

I can’t believe that Melanie from Southern Crush at Home made this faux scale with items from Dollar Tree! I love how she made the top resemble enamelware. This would look so cute in a tiered tray!

These black currant oat bars from Nora of Treat and Trick is just my kind of dessert! There’s only five ingredients and they take just 15 minutes to prepare. I’d make mine with blueberry jam!

Jeanne from Selep Imaging took a photo of a Junco sitting on a Rhododendron in winter. It reminded her of a Chinese pen and ink drawing, so she enhanced the photo in photoshop to create the above image. I love it!

Can you believe this sugar mold is a reproduction? It sure looks vintage to me! Kimberly of From Farmhouse to Florida created this sweet spring decor inside her sugar mold!

The most clicked link of the week is from Lori of Dining Delight. Her blue and green spring table is stunning! I’m crushing over those unique bowls with the potted plant motif!

We did enjoy the most beautiful weather this past week, Rebecca, and it really feels like we’ve turned the corner in so many ways – the pandemic (we’re fully vaccinated!), the grey weather of February, and spring blooms starting to show! Lori’s table has me swooning. It is represents how I’ve seen this past week’s weather! Thank you for the party, Rebecca, and have a great weekend.
