Celebrate Your Story! #191

CELEBRATE YOUR STORY! LINK PARTY

Welcome back to Celebrate Your Story!  We spent the weekend in Boston visiting my stepson.  We went to the Boston Children’s Museum and the New England Aquarium.  It was hot and crowded, but we had a great time.  My daughter especially loved the penguins at the aquarium.  The highlight for me was having dinner at The Cheesecake Factory for the first time!  I brought a slice back to the hotel room and ate it in bed.  Now that’s what I call being on vacation!

My pick’s for this week are a celebration of summer decor and food.

Debra from Common Ground styled this lovely vignette inside a vintage seed box.  I love the vintage seed packets, bee skeps, pottery and rusty garden utensils.

This simple summer salad with fresh berries, red onion and goat cheese looks so good!  It’s inspired by a salad that Lynne from My Family Thyme had at one of her favorite restaurants on Martha’s Vineyard!

This beautiful nautical wreath was created by Debbee of Debbee’s Buzz.  She provides great step by step instructions so you can make one too!

Our most clicked link of the week is this absolutely gorgeous blue and white tablescape by Jennifer from Celebrating Everyday Life.  I love how she gave it a summer vibe by adding pieces of coral, bamboo flatware and jute placemats.

Thank you to everyone for sharing, and congratulations to all of the featured bloggers!  I had so much fun reading your posts and discovering new to me blogs.  Don’t forget to link up your new posts to have a chance to be featured next week at Celebrate Your Story!

Benita, we’re going to miss you!  I hope you can return as a co-host of CYS when things slow down a bit!
