Celebrate Your Story! #255

Celebrate Your Story! Link Party

Welcome friends! Thanks for coming to this week’s party. I hope you all had a fun Halloween with your families. Now, the countdown to Thanksgiving and Christmas begins! I’ll be kicking off my holiday content this week, starting with the annual Thanksgiving Tablescape Blog Hop tomorrow morning. You can start the hop with our hostess, Chloe over at Celebrate and Decorate…all the posts go live at 6AM Eastern. It’s going to be a busy two months, but I’m ready!

Now, let’s party!

I’m loving this pretty fall wreath from Kristi of Mulch and Paint! She has several other lovely wreaths in this post, including a gnome wreath and a skeleton wreath. Nothing says welcome like a festive wreath on the front door!

I love creating vignettes inside glass containers or cloches. Cindy from Country Road 407 designed this winter wonderland in a jar using rustic tree wood cutouts from Hobby Lobby. I love how a simple design can make a big decor impact!

Mmm, plum hand pies? Oh, yes please! Nora from Treat and Trick shared this yummy, easy to make recipe. I’d like to try them with blueberries!

These wood blocks covered in vintage Christmas advertisements are so brilliant! Check out how Lisa from Fresh Vintage by Lisa S made them with a color copy printer and mod podge!

I love the story behind this pretty dresser makeover! Penny from Penny’s Passion had it for 56 years before she painted it and applied transfers. You’ve got to see how it looked before!

I chose another Christmas in a jar post. I love the old truck bringing home a tree from the forest! Terrie from Decorate and More with Tip created 2 other jar vignettes…stop by her blog to check them out!

The most clicked link of the week is from Naush of Doodle Buddies. She made this cute shabby chic cake plate from a Dollar Tree pizza pan. I love the dots she added around the perimeter…it really jazzed it up!
