5 Fabulous DIY Projects made out of 2×4’s
What do you think of when you hear 2×4? For me, it’s lumber, as in stacks of it at the hardware store. But for my blogger friends of the At Home DIY Challenge, 2×4’s mean endless possibilities! Let’s take a look at 5 of the DIY 2×4 projects that we designed this month!
Kenya from Kenya Rae made this neat shelf above a window in her home office. I love how she took advantage of previously unused space to create a new place to display her decor. So clever!
Looking for some outdoor fall decorations? Cindy from DIY Beautify made these cool rustic pumpkins. I love neutral fall decor, so these are right up my alley!
I made this small, low to the ground table that is inspired by Indian Bajot Tables. It adds height to vignettes displayed on a side table, or it could be used to elevate a centerpiece.
How unique is this feather display from Marianne of Songbird Blog? I just love how she styled the feathers with the pinecones, candle and plates. I call this look “rustic boho”.
I’m in love with this end of the bed wood bench from Sherry of Savvy Apron! You have to see how she made the new 2×4’s look like aged wood. This really motivates me to improve my woodworking skills!
I hope you enjoyed this round up of DIY 2X4 Projects! The At Home DIY bloggers will be back on September 15th with a new challenge: DIY decor for under $20 dollars. You won’t want to miss what we’re going to make next!
All the best!
