Red Velvet Bundt Cake
This red velvet bundt cake is moist, rich and delicious! By adding just a few extra ingredients to boxed cake mix, you can create a decadent dessert that tastes like it came from a bakery. A perfect cake for Valentine's Day, birthdays and other occasions.

- 1 box red velvet cake mix 15-18 ounces
- 1 box instant chocolate pudding mix 3.4 ounces
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup vegetable oil may also use canola oil
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
Preheat oven to temperature listed on the cake mix box
Grease and flour the bundt pan.
Combine all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Beat with an electric mixer until smooth
Pour batter into the bundt pan.
Bake for time listed on the cake mix box. The cake is done when a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let cake cool completely, then frost and decorate as desired.
