Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs eye round steak
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • kosher salt
  • freshly ground pepper
  • 8 ounces fresh sliced baby bella mushrooms
  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 beef bouillon cube
  • 1 tbsp dried chives
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup white cooking wine
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 16 ounce container sour cream
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh curley parsley
  • 1 16 ounce bag of egg noodles

Instructions

  • Slice the steak into strips with a sharp knife.
  • Put the steak in the crock pot and season with salt and pepper.
  • Sprinkle the diced onion on top of the steak.
  • Add the mushroom soup, sliced mushrooms, and water. Season with garlic, chives, Worcestershire sauce, and beef bouillon.
  • Whisk together the flour and white cooking wine in a small bowl. Pour over the contents of the crock pot.
  • Close the crock pot and cook on low for 7 hours.
  • Stir in the sour cream and chopped parsley. Cook for 1 more hour.
  • Serve over cooked egg noodles.
